How To Find Your Purpose

Below in this blog are images that represent a decade of me trying, failing, getting back up and trying again. It’s everything. It makes me laugh and tear up simultaneously. I’ve always been on a relentless pursuit to find my purpose. And although my resilience was tested again and again, I’m so glad I never stopped trying.

Here’s the thing: I’ve been speaking and teaching in person a lot lately. And the most common thing I’m hearing from women is “I don’t know what my purpose is. I know I’m meant for more, but I don’t know what it is.”
Sound familiar?

No one has ever just woken up one day and said “I’m going to be successful at _____. That’s my purpose”
The path to finding success doing what we love is not linear.
It’s messy, and it’s hard. It’s trying and failing. It’s incredible opportunities that could be gone in a moment. It’s defying the odds. It’s being told you are crazy. It’s doing it anyway.
In a nutshell: It’s following your passions and trying it all on!

The 10 photos below represent that exactly: me simply following my intuition in the moment.
Some ventures were massive successes. Some were epic failures. They all taught me so much and led me to the next right place. And the crazy part, this isn’t even HALF of the businesses and websites I could have posted. ⠀

But, eventually my passions led me to the thing I KNOW I am meant to be doing in this world.
And lately I’ve felt a major shift. Things I felt I’ve been fighting against for over a decade, are suddenly growing and flowing opportunities, instead of needing to begin again. It’s foreign, lovely and I’m grateful and super present to it.
Because when you work this hard to find your purpose, it deserves your full attention when you arrive. So I dug deep in my archives to honour the journey to get here, and I’m SO happy I did! LOL.⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, here’s to my nutrition biz, my first blog, my charity (where we wore lingerie 😂), my wellness marketing company, hosting a TV show, launching my own giftshop designing the items myself, my own board game (which WILL be back guys!!), my first, my website design and creative studio, my online courses and SO MUCH MORE.

So here it is for you crystal clear for you:

  1. Never ever stop trying.
  2. Follow your intuition and let your inner nudges guide you.
  3. Accept that failure is part of it, and keep going.
  4. If it lights you up and feels good, you’re on the right path.

That’s it. I promise you, if you follow those 4 simple rules – You will get there!
I hope this story gives you the permission you need to try IT ALL!!
